Dan's digital scale says I'm at 151.0 lb. I hate scales made of glass plates. Make you feel self-conscious that you're about to crack a plate of glass, is that the aim? I also don't know what to make of the fact that the scales at Equinox usually have me somewhere between 153 and 158. The scales could be different, but it's also possible I've lost enough muscle mass that I can weigh 150ish and be flabbier than before. -_-
Dinner is 85% lean organic ground beef stir-fried with extra firm tofu, red bell peppers, 1 serrano pepper, cilantro and a little ginger. Nu-salt? Whatever this is Dan has in his house, which tastes like nothin'. Sriracha. 1 1/2 bowls.
Was going to go swimming in the morning, as I like to get my workouts done first thing in the morning - I feel like they take up too much time after I've already started my day, eaten, etc. But swimming at the end of the day will be better than not swimming, so I'll go at about 8:30. I'll weigh myself at the gym scale, too, so I have a consistent one I'm using. I guess I'll take the average between that scale and the Rockefeller Center scale.
I have a day off tomorrow, too. Was contemplating picking up a shift, but 30 by 30 is my priority. It comes before making money, as I'm all right for the time being. I'll have to keep reminding myself of such things...
